Arabs citizens of Israel have the same rights as Jews.

Arabs also have the right to bear arms. Yup. Just like every other Israeli citizen, irregardless of race, religion, etc.
Arab Cab drivers, bank guards, EMS crew, shooting instructors, hunters, anyone that passes Israel's stringent licensing process is issued a carry permit.
In addition Arabs serve in the Israeli Parliament, IDF, Police, and Border guard.
