Two Americans have been killed and two others reportedly injured after a Jordanian opened fire at military training camp on the outskirts of Amman. The two Americans were killed when a Jordanian police officer went on a shooting spree at the King Abdullah training facility in Muaqar on the eastern outskirts of Jordan’s capital before killing himself. The shooting occurred on the 10th anniversary of a series of three coordinated attacks targeting three hotels in Amman undertaken by al-Qaida in Iraq. The facility is a regional centre used by the US to train security forces including Palestinians and Iraqis. According to initial reports the two dead Americans were providing security at the facility. I'll post more details when I get them. DoubleTapper
