Good Guys in Bad Lands Task Force Black, originally defined in the Kurdish language "Heareshaka", literally black force, the color of the uniforms used for raids against ISIS in the province of Kirkuk. The unit is formally framed in the ranks of the Kurdistan Regional Police but in fact, it acts almost in complete autonomy and make arrangements directly from Kirkuk Governorate. This Unit as it is currently defined, is born during the end of Operation Iraqi Freedom and its members, trained by US SF, with whom, have carried out numerous operations to apprehend important terrorist leaders; many of the components of the unit have served in the ranks of ISOF (Iraq Special Operations Forces). Many of them still retain numerous awards from the American Special Forces for their work. The structure as the particular unit, are today more than ever covered by top secret level, however, we can say that work in Kirkuk and the surrounding area and that the current task forces "Black" has not changed: business intelligence and strike to catch terrorists. Increasingly also, the Task Force Black is now activated at the request of the Ministry of Peshmerga to provide support for their special units and other complex military operations against the Islamic state. TFB in enrollment is on a fully voluntary basis and only after passing all stages selective and training, operators can wear the patch with the black panther: emblem has always been loved by the operators. The course includes a selection procedure of the 9-month where aspirates are tested, selected and taken to the limit. CT operators will be chosen after another year of training to 360° in the field of counter terrorism. Task Force Black being a unit of the Military Police is facing as well as the threat of terrorism, including the fight against organized crime for this has SWAT units ready to use 24H 7/7.
