Video of a father talking to his 2 daughters just before sending one of them to be used as an ISIS suicide bomber. Soon after this video was taken, one daughter was strapped by ISIS with explosives and told to go to the police station and report that she was lost. Once inside the police station, the little girl's explosive device was remotely detonated. Killing her and wounding 4 police officers. #TerrorismIsChildAbuse
