Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Day

For 2 minutes this morning at 10:00 the sirens wailed for two minutes, the entire country came to a standstill. Cars stopped in the middle of the road, people stood, and took time to remember the martyrs and heroes.

The current population of Israel is about equal the number of Jews killed in the Holocaust.
