The Festival of Sukkot lasts for an entire week. During Sukkot we move from our permanent homes into temporary shelters that signify the way the Jews lived during the 40 years of wandering in the desert after the Exodus. Sukkot is translated as Feast of Booths or Feast of Tabernacles in English. For those that don't have the luxury of building a succa of their own, there are mobile succas bringing the festivities to them. You can see more about Sukkot in other pictures here.
