One of the most coveted Military Occupation Specialties for Women in the IDF is that of Physical Fitness Instructor. They train for 3 months and receive a prestigious certificate from the Wingate institute of Sports. IDF Physical Fitness Instructors are given the difficult task of training IDF Combat troops in physical fitness and hand to hand combat.
