An Arab Terrorist wielding a knife went on a stabbing rampage Wednesday morning in the Israeli town of Modiin.
Yaakov "Kobi" Rosenstein, MDA volunteer EMT, was responding from his nearby home to help treat stabbing victims of an. The terrorist tried to stab Rosenstein as well. Rosenstein drew his pistol and shot the Terrorist three times until he collapsed.
Most of the voulneteer EMT's I know carry pistols.
Rosenstein's quick thinking prevented a more severe tragedy and stopped the terrorist's slaughter. MDA ambulances transported the three stabbing victims to Sheba Medical Center.

When I worked as an EMT, we weren't allowed to carry any sort of weapon.
Glad he was prepared and put a stop to the threat.
