The IDF just released this set of pictures of it's latest joint combat exercise which was a demonstration of the combined capabilities of the ground forces.

Hi, In photo one, it looks like the soldier to the right of the spare tire planted the muzzle of his rifle in the dirt. Did he take a tumble? Curious minds want to know! Thanks.
DT, you have no idea how useful those bridgelayers would be in Iraq. The US has been transitioning from cold-war era to modern M1 tank based bridgelayers for a while and leaving people in Iraq driving 150km out of the way for lack of a bridge.
